The Cibolo Turnpike, LP (CTLP) announces that Citigroup has been engaged as underwriter to provide financing for the Cibolo Parkway Project, specifically to achieve construction financing as CTLP moves forward with the development process.
CTLP has previously engaged the following firms; Stantec (Traffic and Revenue study), Huitt-Zollars (engineering and design), aci Group (environmental studies), K Strategies (public information), KPMG (financial consultant) and CobbFendley (right-of-way acquisition). Cibolo Parkway is the proposed 6-mile two lane divided toll road in Cibolo, Texas, from FM 1103 at Weil Rd., to Zuehl Rd. at IH-10. This Public Private Partnership between the City of Cibolo and Cibolo Turnpike, LP will bring needed financing and development for a strategic portion of the City’s officially adopted Major Thoroughfare Plan.
